Bu Gizlilik Politikası, OSAI platformunu işleten Octopus Software A.Ş. ("Şirket", "biz") tarafından hazırlanmıştır.
OSAI, işletmelerin sosyal medya hesaplarını, blog içeriklerini ve dijital varlıklarını yapay zeka ile yönetmesine olanak tanıyan bir SaaS platformudur.
2 Toplanan Veriler
2.1 Hesap Bilgileri
- Ad, soyad, e-posta adresi
- Şifre (şifrelenmiş biçimde saklanır)
- Firma adı ve sektör bilgisi
2.2 Sosyal Medya Bağlantı Bilgileri
- Facebook Sayfası ID ve erişim token'ları
- Instagram İşletme Hesabı ID ve kullanıcı adı
- LinkedIn profil bilgileri ve erişim token'ları
- X (Twitter) hesap bilgileri ve erişim token'ları
- TikTok profil bilgileri, video yayınlama izinleri ve erişim token'ları
Erişim token'ları yalnızca içerik yayınlama amacıyla kullanılır ve şifreli olarak veritabanında saklanır. Hiçbir token üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz.

4 Yasal Dayanak
Kişisel verileriniz sözleşmenin kurulması ve ifası, meşru menfaatlerimiz ve yasal yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi hukuki sebeplerine dayanılarak işlenmektedir. Veri işleme faaliyetlerimiz 6698 sayılı KVKK ve GDPR ile uyumludur.
5 Sosyal Medya Entegrasyonları (Meta, TikTok, vb.)
OSAI, resmi API entegrasyonları üzerinden sosyal hesaplarınıza bağlanır:
- Meta API: Instagram ve Facebook sayfalarınızda görsel/video paylaşımı yapmak için yetki alırız.
- TikTok API: TikTok profilinize video yüklemek ve paylaşmak amacıyla yetkilendirme sağlarız.
Bağlantıyı istediğiniz zaman OSAI Ayarlar sayfasından veya ilgili sosyal medya ağının güvenlik ayarlarından tek tıkla kesebilirsiniz.
6 Veri Saklama Süresi
Hesap verileriniz üyeliğiniz devam ettiği sürece saklanır. Üyeliğinizi iptal etmeniz durumunda, yasal zorunluluklar hariç tüm verileriniz 30 gün içinde kalıcı olarak silinir.
7 Veri Güvenliği
Verilerinizi korumak için HTTPS/TLS şifrelemesi, güçlü hashleme yöntemleri (bcrypt) ve sunucu düzeyinde erişim sınırlamaları gibi teknik önlemler uygulamaktayız.
8 Üçüncü Taraflarla Paylaşım
Kişisel verileriniz yasal zorunluluklar ve onay verdiğiniz sosyal medya API gönderimleri dışında hiçbir üçüncü tarafa aktarılmaz veya satılmaz.
9 KVKK Kapsamındaki Haklarınız
KVKK'nın 11. maddesi uyarınca veri işlenmesini öğrenme, bilgi talep etme, eksiklerin düzeltilmesi veya silinmesini isteme hakkına sahipsiniz. Başvurularınızı info@octopussoftware.com adresine iletebilirsiniz.
10 Çerezler
OSAI, yalnızca oturum güvenliğini ve kullanıcı tercihlerini korumak için gerekli olan temel çerezleri (cookies) kullanır. Reklam amaçlı üçüncü taraf çerezleri kullanılmaz.
11 Politika Değişiklikleri
Gizlilik politikamızda yapılan güncellemeler bu sayfa üzerinden yayımlanır. Değişikliklerden sonra platformu kullanmaya devam etmeniz güncel şartları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

This Privacy Policy is prepared by Octopus Software A.Ş. ("Company", "we"), the operator of the OSAI platform (osai.com.tr).
OSAI is a cloud-based SaaS platform that enables businesses to manage social media accounts, blog posts, and digital assets using artificial intelligence tools.
2 Collected Data
2.1 Account Information
- First name, last name, email address
- Password (stored in encrypted format)
- Company name and industry
2.2 Social Media Connection Data
- Facebook Page ID and access tokens
- Instagram Business Account ID and username
- LinkedIn profile info and access tokens
- X (Twitter) account info and access tokens
- TikTok profile info, publishing permissions, and access tokens
Access tokens are used solely for publishing content and are stored securely in encrypted format. We do not share tokens with third parties.
3 Purposes of Data Processing

4 Legal Basis
Your personal data is processed based on performance of a contract, our legitimate interests, and compliance with legal obligations. Our processing activities comply with GDPR and KVKK legislation.
5 Social Media Integrations (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
OSAI connects to your social media accounts via official API endpoints:
- Meta API: Used to upload and publish images/videos to your Instagram Business accounts and Facebook pages.
- TikTok API: Used to upload and share videos directly to your TikTok profile.
You can revoke these connections at any time with a single click in your OSAI settings or via the security settings page of the respective social media platform.
6 Data Retention Period
Your account data is kept as long as your subscription is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days, except for legally required records.
7 Data Security
We implement technical measures to protect your data, including HTTPS/TLS encryption for all communications, secure password hashing (bcrypt), and server-side access restrictions.
8 Sharing with Third Parties
We do not share or sell your personal data. Data is only shared to perform requested API actions (publishing posts on social media networks) or to comply with legally binding official request orders.
9 Your Rights (GDPR & KVKK)
Under GDPR and KVKK, you have the right to access your processed data, request corrections, ask for data deletion, or object to processing activities. You can submit requests to info@octopussoftware.com.
10 Cookies
OSAI uses essential cookies solely to manage sessions and store interface preferences. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies are utilized.
11 Policy Modifications
Updates to this Privacy Policy are published on this page. Your continued use of the platform constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.
